4th Annual Drive Smart 4 on 4 POND HOCKEY TOURNAMENT December 31, 2012, from 8 am to Noon. Old Tyme Hockey Outside on Evergreen Lake! Don’t want to play, but want to be a part of the fun? Come by to watch and cheer for your favorite team.

TOURNAMENT AND ENTRY DETAILS
- Team Entry Fee is $200. Entire Team Entry Fee must be paid at time of registration..
- Minimum 4 players, maximum 8 players per team
- Divisions are based on age groups identified on registration form, however, depending on the number of teams registering, games may be played across divisions.
- Each team is guaranteed three games during round robin play. Check in at the Evergreen Lake House is Monday, December 31st, 2012 at 7:30am. Games will begin at approximately 8:00am.
- Some divisions are already filling fast and may be closed to registration depending on overall registration in the event. ENTRY IS FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED!
- To reserve a spot in the tournament please complete Drive Smart Pond Hockey Registration and Roster Form and submit with full payment of $200. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
